Is it easier for men??

This is my first month in the program and I’m focusing on overdrinking. I’m struggling – I feel like I take one step forward and two steps backwards. Anyway, I’m committed to the program. During this same time, my husband gave up sugar and snacks for Lent. I wouldn’t say it’s been easy for him, but he’s not logging urges, making drink plans, watching videos, listening to recorded calls, paying money for coaching, etc. He just does it!!! He doesn’t say this out loud to me, but I think he wonders why I can’t just stop drinking, or just have one, or whatever. Why is it so much easier for some people, seemingly men? I’ve also noticed that almost all of the scholars are women.
