I am currently in a really great relationship at the moment and have been for 6 years HOWEVER I often hear about my ex boyfriend (who dumped me for someone else-extreme heartache when this happened for years and he still pops into my head to this day) and how successful his business is and how he is absolutely killing it in life. I get so jealous and it makes me feel uneasy…..I compare myself to him and his girlfriend and it feels foul. My boyfriend is great though.. it’a not that I don’t love him.

What do you suggest is the best strategy to not get so bummed out on myself from his success?
