Joy eats

Hi Brooke,

I am working through your Stop Overeating Workshop and have a query around joy eats. Do you actively recommend having a regular joy eat included in our protocol (i.e. once a week) in order that we learn not to fear foods? Or do you only recommend adding in a joy eat if we choose to add it in initially? I have definitely taken an ‘all or nothing’ approach to food choices and weight loss before, so whereas I believe I would face fewer obstacles without joy eats in my diet, I am also intrigued to observe what would come up for me were I to add these in to my protocol.
