Hello!
I started the eating protocol a few weeks ago and I’m loving it. I find it helpful and useful to know what I plan to eat 24 hours in advance. Yesterday, I was in my 20 minute coaching session and some interesting things came up for me that led me to want to know more about the joy eating portion of the protocol. I came to realize that if I want to connect to my future self more that perhaps I should bring in the joy eating now since I plan to include that in the future. Can you share more about what the joy eating piece looks like? How many times a week would you recommend putting in the joy eating in to your schedule? What is the idea behind joy eating? Thanks!
