Last night

I’ve just done my thought download and I was reviewing my day and I wrote down ‘it all fell apart after dinner’.

C: Last night
T : it all fell apart after dinner time
F : hopeless, powerless
A: I don’t commit to my goals
R : I don’t get the results I want

C: Last night
T: I chose to abandon my plan after dinner
F: Curious
A: I explore the thoughts right before I abandoned my plan – in this case ‘it doesn’t matter’
R: I learn from the experience

and this led to this – am I mixing two models here?

C: reviewing the moment before I abandoned my plans
T: It doesn’t matter
F: sad, curious about why I would abandon my plans and ultimately myself
A: recommit to myself, I do matter and my plans are important
R: increased feeling of self love
