Looking ahead to March…


Yes, I peeked at the March stuff.

To be clear about the daily homework in March: we pick ONE thought to change over the entire month. Every day I write down “I am at my goal weight” or “I earn $250,000 a year” or whatever this ONE thought is, plus doing Thought Downloads from the future where this thought is my reality?

Also, is it better to pick a “reasonable” thought, such as “I have lost 15 pounds” or a “crazy stretch” thought like “I make $25 million a year”? And does it need to be a SMART goal with a definable result, such as “I make $250,000 a year” or something more amorphous, such as “I am lovable”?

(I did watch the homework video…twice. But I still had questions!)
