Hey Coaches! I just started my journey to lose weight and have listened to the Lose 8 pounds segments in the vault. Is there a reason for fasting through breakfast versus dinner? I wake up early, exercise and then begin my workday before 7:00 am. From 5:00 am until lunch not only feels like a stretch for me to go without a meal, but also, I often feel it more difficult to get to sleep at night if I’ve eaten a meal later than 6:00 pm.
Im wondering what your thoughts are on fasting from lunch until breakfast instead of dinner to lunch? I would still be using sleeping hours as fasting time, but my final meal of the day would be a late lunch. Just curious if there is some more specific reason to skip breakfast.
