The Urge Jar came exactly when I needed it; learning to live with my urges. I have almost filled it with unanswered urges for Chardonnay. I am observing them and breathing with them. I am planning to have 2 glasses of wine after none for almost 2 weeks and wondering if …. it would be easier just to have no Chardonnay anymore or to drink plan 2 glasses once a month. Which one will help me achieve my goal of healthy living and more productive life? I know we shouldn’t think of a planned drink as a problem but I find that I am wondering if after this planned drinking I will have more urges?
