Maintaining weight belief (Nadège)

Hi dear coach!
I love this month because it made me realise I did not believe I could reach my goal weight. So I’m working on it and it gets more believable by the day.
However, I’m also realising I’ve got another underlying belief: ok, I can reach 55kgs but then of course I won’t maintain that weight since my body weight has been yoyoing forever. When I was a kid I was growing up, then I was growing bigger, then I was dieting and losing weight, then gaining back some more.
So here are a few thoughts I can believe:
It is possible to maintain one’s weight.
I’m willing to believe I can maintain my weight.
I’m easily maintaining my weight, like everybody else.
This last one doesn’t feel very believable to me, though. Any helpful thoughts would be welcome! Thank you!
