Make a Decision When Someone Else is Involved

Hello! I was listening to one of the coaching calls and something really stood out for me. “When you need to make a decision and someone else is involved but not onboard with the decision, we shouldn’t let that stop us”.

I was wondering how we should apply this when it is a medical decision that equally involves two people. For example, a couple doing infertility treatments. How can you apply this if one partner wants to do the treatments and the other one doesn’t?
