After watching the last overeating call, I wanted to do some work around the scale- funny how it’s only a friend if we are losing weight.
Model C- the scale
T: “I hope I lost weight”
F: unsure- apprehensive
A: Don’t weigh daily or skip if I know I went off plan
R: Avoid scale- don’t assess goal status

Intentional: C: the scale
T: “The scale measures EFFORT, not HOPE”
F: capable- confident (even if it goes up)
A: weigh every day no matter what- tweak as necessary
R: move forward- look at the truth
