Masterclass-Overeating Schedule

Hi Brooke,

What is the schedule one should follow for the overeating master class. I have access to the videos and I have the blue covered workbook. I am not sure at what pace to follow all the information.

Also, what is a normal turn around to being able to feel hunger, after following IF, no sugar and no flour. As it is I can go almost all day without feeling physical hunger, and usually just eat cause its my lunch break at work and in my eating window. Then again at dinner with my family. I do feel desperate desire/urges to consume things I know I shouldn’t however. I am working on this aspect emotionally as you suggested.
