Meditation vs. Thought Download & Self-Coaching

Hi Brooke,

Until now I have been consuming SCS every hour of the day and had felt good while consuming it as I thought I keep filling the well, but realized I have to start producing more than I am consuming.
I feel the best time for me to do thought download and self-coaching is first thing in the morning, so I could be in the right state of mind to get into action and then get the results I want each day.
Everyone talks about the benefits of meditation first thing in the morning but I don’t have time to do both thought download and self-coaching AND meditation.
I feel the work we do is a sort of meditation only with eyes wide open who are willing to look at our reality.
If I have to choose between the two activities, which do you think will give me the most value for my time?
