Doing this model and I am not sure whether I am not switching model in the middle:

C: Baking brownies for kids and neighbors on Saturday
T: I’m not going to have those brownies
F: Resistance
A: Do other things, tried to put the whole thing of my mind, Tell myself one more brownie will not hurt, I am not going to do what I want to do, I cut one piece, another one and another one. I eat 3 pieces.
R: I am giving it to the urge

My problem here is the T and R… Am I switching models ?
