I am having a difficult time categorizing my feelings for the UIM into either indulgent or needing to allow.
If they are indulgent- I have the power to just stop thinking these negative thoughts about myself
But I can also see that they could be unwanted and I should allow as a compassionate observer.
So interested in your thoughts and direction
