I’m very new and grasping the Model with both hands, I’d appreciate some guidance please.

T: She’s going to be difficult, snippy, I always feel worse when I speak to her
F: Dread
A: I put off calling her
R: I don’t feel connected to my sister anymore

I have a long way to go to get here…

C: I go to call my sister
T: I want to feel connected to her
F: Warm
A: I call my sister
R: I look forward to calling her next week
