Model for Losing Last 10 Lbs


Can you help me with creating a desire to lose the last 10 lbs?
This is where I am out right now –
C have not lost last 10 lbs
T on balance-I do not think it is worth giving up the food I would need to give up in return for losing 10 pounds-I guess you would say I do not have the desire? Also I do not like making protocols because my diet is mostly vegan raw and very time-consuming to figure out the calories. As compared to those that use foods that are easily available for calorie counting
