Hello coaches,

I was working on a model about something that just happened to work and it seems my result doesn’t match completely my thought. Can you help please ?
Here it is:
C- customer says he is very busy but will answer my questions nonetheless
T- I must be such a pain in his ass with my questions when he has so much work.
F – guilty
A – Shorten the CT as much as possible not to use too much of his time.
R – I don’t ask all questions I wanted to ask and don’t have all the answers I need.
