C: Today, two of my co-workers talking with one another in the office
T: They talk way too much
F: Frustrated
A: Distanced myself by going to the supply area, did little things there to keep myself busy (like stocking supplies), judged them, told myself I wish they knew that they can be annoying, not noticing when a new patient needs to be taken care of, avoiding them, not interacting and talking with them, not pitching in, not stepping up to the job
R: I get in my own way by not showing up in the way I want to at work.
