Model turnaround – help in finding a believable thought


Please help with the model. Current thinking:
C – no weight loss after 10 days despite lots of effort
T – nothing I do works, this is yet another protocol that doesn’t work
F – demotivated & helpless
A – no action taken, I’m still on the protocol at the moment
R – no weight loss

How I want to feel:
C
T
F – motivated, faith in the protocol
A – keep going
R – weight loss

What thought can I think that’s believable? When nothing you try works then you can’t trick your brain into thinking it will. I haven’t lost weight for such a long time that it’s hard to have faith.
