MODEL WORK

Hi,
I previously posted this morning about drinking against my will. Then I decided to do some model work on it. Would like your input.
SATURDAY AT A PARTY
unintentional
C: I drank at the party
T: I’m allowed to drink so I my as well drink.
F: aware
A: drank beer and didn’t like the taste of the brand and then switched to wine which I also didn’t like the brand, then stopped
R: drank against my will and it was not worth it.

intentional
C: I drank without urges
T: I don’t have to drink if I don’t want.
F pride
A: don’t drink
R: becoming more aware and making progress

unintentional
C: drank without urges
T: I’ll drink because I can
F: aware
A: drank a beer because I won’t get so tired, didn’t finish it because I didn’t like it, drank a glass of wine but didn’t take another because I didn’t like the brand, tried another brand (didn’t like brand) stopped
R: drank against my will and didn’t enjoy it

intentional
C: drank without urges
T: If I don’t feel like drinking – don’t drink
F: aware
A: don’t drink
R: action, progress, excited

SUNDAY AT A PARTY
C: drank without an urge
T: I don’t really want to dink wine or anything but I’ll start with beer because I can and then I won’t feel so tired for when I want to drink wine tonight
F: aware and confussed
A: drank beer and poured it out
R: unfulfilled with beer so switched to wine and didn’t like that either but had two glasses

intentional
A: drank without an urge
T: I don’t like this beer so I’ll drink wine
F: aware
A: drink wine and don’t enjoy it, switch to another kind and don’t like it,…stop drinking
R: drank against my will, learned from my awareness for the next time. I don’t have to drink if I don’t want to

Thanks,
R
