Models that I am Working on and Wanted Clarity With


Model 1:

C – Meeting with ADHD coach to discuss my daughter who has ADHD
T – We’ve tried so many things; this won’t work
F – hopeless
A – think of all the things we’ve tried over the years, doubt the possibility of success, wonder if this was a good idea
R – Set myself up for failure

Model 2:

C – Meeting with ADHD coach to discuss my daughter who has ADHD
T – this could be the thing that works
F – hopeful
A – imagine a calmer home with less outbursts, go to meeting with possibility and hope, push away doubt and disbelief
R – allow the belief that this is possible

I am questioning my result lines and wanted some feedback on that.
