I’m working on Module 7 Unconditional Love. The example that Brooke is working through in this module is about a woman who is micromanaging and the thought is “She should do that my way…do it differently.” Brooke tries to pull out a new Thought from the participant that will bring joy and love yet never actually produces a new thought or gives an example. She simply states the participant is “not ready.”
I don’t feel “ready” yet either, but I’m really puzzled over this and would love some examples of thoughts that one would think around people that annoy them that would bring joy and/or love? What kinds of thoughts could we start with that are believable? and What kinds of thoughts are we ultimately working towards?
