C: My son is home from pre-school during COVID. He takes a 2 hour nap in the afternoon.
T: I can never seem to stick to my schedule and get anything done while my 2.5 year old is home from pre-school. I write a schedule with things to do, but I can’t seem to get anything done.
F: I feel torn between spending time w/my son, teaching him and spending quality time with him and getting my to do list done.
Irritated and annoyed, guilty.
A: I give up at some point during the day when I get triggered. I then buffer with snacking, waste of time, check news, FB.
R: I don’t get anything done.
