I’m wondering about Monday Hour one and how it works in scheduling your free time first for those who already have a set work schedule you have to maintain. For example, I’m a nurse who does 12hr shift work in a hospital 4 days a week. In instances like this should you be putting those times on your schedule first and then your free time & the rest of your desired items onto your schedule? Or should you be putting your free time first while keeping in mind your already scheduled work days?
