Hi!
I’m struggling to find the R for my model. Here it is:
C: I met yesterday a woman who told me, about her three years old daughter, that “she doesn’t know what a cartoon is, she’s never been in front of a screen”
T: I’m a terrible mom (because I’ve shown cartoons to my own kids when they were much younger than that)
F: Ashamed
A: I shame myself, I doubt my choices as a mother, I regret how I did in the past, I compare myself to other mothers, I keep thinking about that
