I have been doing really great with my weight loss protocol since coming on board in August and had lost 14 lbs and I felt totally in control.
I live in central Florida and as you know, we had to deal with Hurricane Irma over this past weekend. I had family staying with me and the days were long as we waited out the storm. I didn’t go crazy and eat junk food, but I did fall off of protocol and am now having a hard time getting back on the plan. I need to get my thoughts back on track, but I am struggling. Any advice that you can offer?
I felt really good eating clean and I really want to get my head back into the game and focused.
