Thank you for creating this course.
I am comitted for a year and my IG is to be able to love myself after 57 years of self loathibg.
I havr used the model so far to assist me in enlarging my emotional vocabulary and finding new thoughts for exsisting aituations.
I want to move on to what i feel is the next stage and start with what i want to achieve, my results as opposed to just work with what is i.e. the circumstances.
My brain is so stubborn that i have great difficulties with this step.
Do you have any suggestions on how to approach this?
