Watching the overeating seminar and I am loving it! I am all in for committing and building my courage and capability. In the past when I have worked on one of my main buffers (eating, overspending, too much screen time), that I tend to then overdo it in another area. So my main buffer is definitely overeating but when I am not overeating…I notice my desire in the other two areas increases. Any suggestions on how to manage decreasing the desire in multiple areas (food being my main)? Thanks!!!
