What is your advice for families with young kids in regards to food in the house and means? I don’t really want to feed my 7 and 9 year olds different foods then what my husband and i are eating. I want to get rid of the sugar and flour in the house, but feel that they may “need” it. They also often want snacks, like most kids do! Do kids actually need snacks? If this is the best way possible to eat and fuel my body, is that also true for young kids? (They are at healthy weights).
