You told someone in an answer to their question that her coworker was “not creating more work for you”. I’ve thought about this for some time and can’t wrap my head around this. From what I understood from the scholar’s question, her coworker was not pulling her weight therefore the scholar was ending up doing the other persons work. Can you tell me what you mean by “the coworker was not creating more work for the scholar”?
