Hey can you help me come up with the R line for this model

C – Job interview
T – I need to write out 6 interview stories and practice them so that are complete
F – Pressure
A – Avoid, procrastinate, watch tv, tell myself I should be doing this
R – Don’t write them out

The R doesn’t seem right. Any other help would be apprecaited. thank you.
