My whole life I have obsessed with my weight. I even worked in the weight loss business for 10 years. At 5’1 I have been as heavy as 192 and as light as 115. I finally have it figured out. I have lost all my weight and I know how to keep it off. Now what do I do with the time I used to spend obsessing about my weight? I am 68 and can’t figure out what to do with the next years of my life. I know that sounds ridiculous. I can hear you saying “just pick something!!” Nothing I can think of fills me with the passion or interest I used to spend obsessing about my weight. Can you give me any suggestion other than….just pick something?
