I have been really digging into this idea you teach that I have the ultimate power to make things neutral in my thought process. What an empowering thought to have!

If every circumstance can be neutral… and it’s really our thought about that circumstance that makes it mean something… how do we know if something is a passion in our life? Because it makes us feel good? I’m struggling with the immediate feel good versus immediate hard work towards long term feel good. I hit road blocks around this idea in both my weight loss struggle and my career struggle. What model might I run to help me break through?
