New belief creation


Hi Brooke,

[sorry in advance if this is repetitive, I have consumed but am still learning how to apply]

I Would like your advice on how to achieve this broad stroke high level result:

R- I want to feel good about myself. I want to believe that I am a very bright, talented, loving, contributing, friendly, fun, extraordinary, well-loved and self-loving woman who has great positive impact on others, big and small.

[I am coming out of a depression so I want to create these fundamental beliefs for myself]

Do I break it up into many results and create models???
I think the circumstance is
C-“my self image/self-beliefs”
T-I am committed to practicing the thought “I am a well loved and self-loving woman”
F-determined
A-I practice the thought “”I am a well loved and self-loving woman”
R-I will come to believe I am a well loved and self-loving woman

then I will follow up with further actions that support the belief
T- I act upon the belief that “I am a well loved and self loving woman”
F- Searching, curious
A- I create and act upon a plan that gives love to myself and others
R-verification of the belief that I am a well loved and self loving woman

other results would be
R- I feel good about myself.
R- I believe that I am a very bright and talented
R- I believe that I am a very loving, contributing, friendly, fun
R- I believe that I am extraordinary.
R- I believe that I am a well-loved and self-loving woman .
R- I believe I have great positive impact on others, big and small.
