I recently came to the realization, after deciding to not apply for another management role in my company, that it’s time for me to start pursuing my next career opportunities outside of my current organization.

Now that the decision has been made, I am finding myself in constant thought about what is the next role that I want and where should I start looking. I have been with the company for close to ten years and the thought of applying for new jobs makes me feel overwhelmed because of the amount of time that I know that it’s going to take.

How best can I set up my mind to embark on this journey of finding my next “hell yes” career opportunity without letting time overwhelm talk me out of pursuing it?
