I was talking to a friend about the No Flour No sugar protocol and she said it seemed similar to the Ketogenic Diet. I was wondering if you agree and if it is the same thing, different, how so?

Also just a funny comment.. I’ve heard you say “clean drinking water” on your podcasts often and I used to never understand what that meant. For example you would say… I’m grateful “clean drinking water” and I thought you meant the process of physically cleaning water makes you happy. So I tried to google it and looked up purification processes with water. It wasn’t until a few podcasts later that it clicked in. LOL
