No or little motivation

Dear coach,

I am struggling with maintaining my motivation lately for more than few days at a time, at best. And sometimes, just through the day.
I struggle to follow through, to take initiative, to stay focused – especially at work – even though I really believe that my work can make a difference.
I buffer a fair amount during the time I am supposed to work and feel tired quickly.
I feel like I am in this never ending cycle of being tired and trying to find the energy and motivation to keep going and keep showing up.
When I feel in a better place as I coached myself through, it catches me back very quickly.
Any idea on how I can get back to feeling motivated and committed again to do what matters to me?
