Off and on protocol thought download

During my morning thought download I noticed a huge difference in my feelings and self judgment when I used the words ‘off protocol’ verse ‘was bad’. ‘Was bad’ made me feel like a girl and helpless and ‘off protocol’ made we feel like a woman with valuable data that needs investigation and a deeper understanding. I was able to ask myself better questions and get more of an insight into why I went off protocol. I’m so amazed by the shift that I had to share.

Should I have left my words and not quickly changed it and done my thought download with the negative feelings and felt those thoughts? Is what I did another way of resisting my emotions?
