I am a scholar for two months and been on my food protocol for six weeks, very successfully.
I noticed the past two weeks an unusual phenomena: Since flour and sugar, grains and potatoes are not on my protocol, but my family does eat these foods, I noticed an increased desire to bake them and make them all the foods that I cannot eat and watch them eat them with delight.
I mean, this must be the weirdest thing, no?
It’s like I get a bit of dopamine hit watching them eat these foods, as if I say: ‘Here, eat this for me.’
Can you explain this to me and whether it is something that should worry me?
