I’m about a third of the way to my weightloss goal which will be done in December and I’m finding it pretty easy now to stick to the protocol. I’m managing urges well and generally feeling fantastic and like – what now? I would like to take on the building a coaching course as my goal for this month but should i stick to the weightloss one. I feel like that one is super handled and it’s just a matter of time for the weight to drop off since I’m over food.
