So I’ve noticed that I tend to overeat (a lot) when it comes to sweets. For example, I’ll have two pieces of cake at a birthday party. This is not serving my goal of weight loss and to just feel better in general.

Here’s a model I did where I think I found the thought:

C – Offered and accepted 2nd piece of cake
T – It won’t make a big difference to have another piece
F – Encouraged
A – Eat second piece of cake and feel extremely full and gross – overeat
R – Gain weight
