Overeating at Meals


I am doing intermittent fasting and doing pretty well with the fasting periods. But I notice when it is mealtime, I eat past the point of feeling satisfied.

I think the thoughts I am having are “This tastes good, I want to keep eating.” “I’ve been fasting, and now is my chance to have some pleasure.” Can you help me think of some new thoughts that drive the action of stopping when I am satisfied?
