Hi :), I have recently been struggling again with binge eating and I want to take control back of my overdesire. I want to watch the Stop Overeating videos all over again and “start fresh” but I’ve literally seen the videos six times. What kinds of questions should I be asking myself this time to get a new experience of the course and actually have lasting results? I tend to binge watch all of Brooke’s videos and maybe that behavior is the problem. Thank you so much!
