I’m feeling overwhelmed about all the areas in my life I want to change. When I think about using the tools here in Scholars I don’t know where to start. And so I don’t start. So then I try just picking something. Which each thing I do I think about all the other things I need to do to make progress and I get overwhelmed again. To the point that I’ve been here several years and really haven’t made much progress bc I’m just spinning in confusion. Some of the things I want to work on include:

  • Weight loss (70 pounds to lose)
  • Saving money
  • Making more money
  • Time management
  • Friendships
  • Relationship with my husband
  • Improved outcomes at work with less stress

It’s all important to me and I don’t know where to start
