Overwhelm feeling real!

I’ve just start SCS and know my goal is weightloss. I’ve organized and scheduled how I’m going to work through Stop Overeating and prioritized other content. I feel very organized about tackling SCS and getting started, but the remainder of my life feels incredibly overwhelming (planning a wedding, immigration paperwork, moving to a new house all in the same month).

I know I’m creating this feeling from my thoughts but I’m having an extremely hard time taking a step back and creating another emotion to move in to (would ideally want to feel relaxed, organized and ready to adapt to change). Any tips you have would be great! Feels like there’s always something to get done once I finish another thing.
