Parallel goals


I have been getting coaching for the last 6 months with the goal weight loss.
I have lost a significant amount of weight, but I am not at my goal weight yet.
I am new to scholars (around a month now). I would like to focus on another goal at the moment (mind management/time management), but I am concerned that I am trying to do too many goals at once, which is not advised.
On the one hand, I am worried I will lose focus on the weight loss goal, but on the other hand, weight loss takes time and other than planning my food each day and sticking to my protocol, I am not sure how much “thought work” I really need to do on a daily basis to keep me focused.
I would love to move on to pursue other goals for the remainder of my weight loss journey.
