Past Hurt That Plays a Role in Current Situation

I am so happy that I found Brooke’s podcasts and signed up for scholars.  It helps me work through a lot of emotions.

As I dig on the surface, I find more and more that I have to do models on.  I am going back years of hurt and anger to understand where I am at today.

Brooke talks about that we should look forward, to the future and that past doesn’t matter. Please explain as I think I have to go through past feelings to grow.
