People criticizing my work.


Hello –

I am hoping you can help me with my intentional model… it needs some refinement and my thought doesn’t stick in it – it feels very personal still and I want to make sure it is not.

C: At a meeting and colleague says we need to go back to the old version of the course
T: They are attacking the quality of my work and my course without ever looking at it.
F: threatened/self-doubt
A: Ruminate. Doubt the quality of my work and the changes I have made. Stress. Overwhelm. Believe everyone is talking about my work. Figure out a plan on how to protect my work and make it better to show them I’m good. Worried about what people will say about me.
R: I start to attack the quality of my work

T: This is a great opportunity to review what I have changed this last year and make updates as required. This is has nothing to do with me personally or my capabilities.
F: assured. curious
A: Be open. Voice my thoughts, learnings and opinions. Take in the input and make the decision on what is best for the course I want.
R: Be confident in myself and my abilities and the work that I put out in the world.
