Plant-based cream – Intermittent Fasting

Hi Brooke,
I do 18+ hours of intermittent fasting daily. I drink tea and coffee during my intermittent fasts and prefer not to put heavy whipping cream because I am vegan. Sometimes I want to add something fatty/creamy to my tea/coffee. And, I don’t want to break my intermittent fasting with anything I add to my tea/coffee. I found a plant-based creamer called nut pods that has no sugar and no carbs. All it has it 1g of fat. Here are the ingredients: Purified water, coconut cream, almonds, acacia gum, dipotassium phosphate, sunflower lecithin, sea salt, gellan gum. Will it break my intermittent fast if I put some of it in my tea/coffee?
